Can you be more specific on what resolved this issue? This KB doc has several different things to do, all of which I have done and still have the same issue as the CrowAgentMan
The resolution for me was cause C
1. Open the Cloud Services Appliance Console
2. Click on Gateway service
3. In the Additional host names field, type the public internet IP address and the DNS name of your appliance, for example 18.104.22.168 ldcsa43.lab.com
4. Save the configuration
This issue occurred after install of LDMS 9.5 SP1
Hi there Matthew, can you please verify if the remote clients (outside the Cloud Services Appliance) are running the remote control service in direct mode or in gateway mode?
To verify that simply double click the remote control icon in the system tray and verify the remote control mode in the window that opens.
If they don't swicth automatically to gateway mode, what happens if you manually switch them clicking on the "Switch Mode" button?
If switching manually everything works fine, you might be experiencing this scenario:
Or maybe your remote clients are able to resolve the ip address of the core even when outside the local network.
This would prevent them to swicth to gateway mode:
