Is it possible to give end users the ability to reopen incidents. Analyst can but not end-users
If the action "Reopen" is available in process design it is only a privelidge setting for endusers, so they will be able to reopen an Incident.
Go to Adminitration --> Administration --> Roles --> EndUsers --> Edit thr privelidges for the corresponding enduser role and give them create and update rights for the reopen business object.
