In general LANDESK is pretty fast in supplying a new CSA in case of a breakdown. If the CSA is really essential to your environment, it would be more benificial to take a look at the Virtual Appliance.

It just so happens that we now have two devices after the original one broke down we found it was out of warranty.
So we purchase a replacement that has been installed in our data centre.
Once the old one Gateway was returned to us, I found it was a power supply fault and repaired it, so hence the reason for my question..
