    Reminder not an available Action for Request Management?

      Hi, we would like to create a Request Management process that includes some update emails to the request originator.  As expected, Assignments and Notifications send emails (once I figured out the Background Service needed to be started, that is).  However, there's no update whenever a process reaches the "Rejected" or "Closed" status are reached.  I understand the Reminder action is typically used in Incident Management to send such updates to users. But no such automatic action is available in Request Management, despite the fact there is a Reminder object in that module.  Am I missing something, or is this not possible?
