My ServiceDesk sends out emails to pertinent information regarding a users ticket. In some of those emails are clickable links that the user should be able to click and be taken to the ticket.
In my process those links are setup as

This opens this link in IE
However this is not working anymore.
The correct link should be
So the link created is missing 'ServiceDesk.WebAccess/wd/'
