I would suggest that you follow this article to see if it resolves your problem. I know the description for the article states "already enrolled" devices but I wouldn't be sruprised it it resolves your issue.

Other question : is it possible to know when you make maintenance on AOD because a client will do a massive enrollement with external ressources. and they need to be sure they will not have any problem for enrollement. They tell to me it's arrive enrollement does'nt work during most hours.
We usually post a message at the AOD login screen when maintenance is supposed to occur. Currently, we plan to run maintenance updates to AOD once every quarter so theoretically you shouldn't have any problems.
You could check with the Wavelink Support Team to see if they have any more info about maintenance schedules, in the Avalanche Section of the community.
