If running the scripts manually works on those clients then you may need to change your distribution package to run as the currently logged in use or use a local system command prompt on the client to launch your script manually to see if it fails. By default we will run these scripts as the Local System account which may cause failures on your client based on the what your script is actually doing.
I have been able to successfully deploy O365 via Bat files. In Landesk, I set it to push as local account but within the bat file I had to map the drive (we are deploying via a network share) and include an admin account with password for permissions.
Can you kindly email me your bat files so i can cross check with mine. The one i have done is not working.
This is how we do it, no issues so far
Create an Executable Distribution Package and point it to the setup.exe from 0365
set /configure configuration.xml as your Install options
include that configuration.xml under additional files.
No batch file needed
Hello Jprice261 were you able to get O365 deploy to your users using LANDesk package???
We have created a package using Office deployment tool and are using batch file to deploy the package. O365 gets deployed to users machine but status within LANDesk schedule task keeps saying installing package and never comes to a completion. Just wondering if you had any luck pushing this package to your users.

We've been pushing Office 365 to our users through LANDesk successfully. Might be worth checking the install log files located at C:\Windows\Temp to see if there is any log of why the setup is failing.
Thank you for sending this over. We are doing a side by side installation for O365 and Office 2010. We now have O365 package from LANDesk that says completed but when we try to open any Office 2010 components we are getting error message. Word or Outlook has stop responding. Everything that I read so far says side by side installation are doable but you need to run a repair on Office 2010 to run properly once you have both product installed on your machine. Now we are at point that we have both product installed on a end point but are not able to use Office 2010 as he keeps giving us errors and need to run a repair. Does anyone know a way to create a package within LANDesk to run a repair on just Office 2010. Thank you all for your response. Greatly appreciate it. .
Thanks for this info.
Could you take a screen shot of your .xml file and LANDesk configuration setup for this deployment. That way I can mirror what you have and try it in my deployment testing?
Just wanted to further add that the Configuration XML Editor site also has a Install Generator tool that will wrap everything into an MSI or EXI so you don't have to worry about the Batch file distribution etc. You can have the MSI/EXE either pull the files from Microsoft, or you can have it turn into essentially a thick client with all the files needed which you can then store locally on the WAN so you do not need to pull down the setup files from Microsoft.
