There is a good chance that Windows 8 will automatically install the drivers for most if not all of your devices.
Network and storage are typically the drivers to be concerned about.
Have you done a manual installation of Windows 8 on any of these computers to see what drivers are going to be needed?
One mistake I often see made is that customers will populate their HII driver libraries with a myriad of drivers that may not be necessary.
Remember, HII is meant to complement the drivers that the OS already automatically detects and installs, it is not meant to replace it.
Sometimes it is useful to see if the Vendor offers Driver Packs that bundle drivers for enterprise deployment.

I hope this works out for you. Thanks for your question.
I think you mean the drivers to be added to WinPE, not for HII as Dave explains (very well) above.
Honestly, there is no good answer... The WinPE already contains a fair share of drivers, so the need to add it might be less. But remember, you only need the Network and Storage drivers in WinPE to work to be able to deploy images, so no worries if you can't find others. If you need to add, and can't find a Win8 driver, you can try the Win7 driver. Many are compatible with Windows8/8.1, but no guarantee.

The following are links to the appropriate driver packs from Dell for Windows PE:
WinPE - CAB Availability (follow the links for CAB details and to download)
WinPE version Current CAB WinPE 5.0 A01 (02/05/2014) WinPE 4.0 A03 (02/05/2014) WinPE 3.0 A13 (10/24/2013) WinPE 2.0
Here is also a list of what drivers are available per model line:
Sorry Frank I get confused about this every time. You are right I only need network and storage for Winpe. I can put windows 7 drivers in the Hii DB.
However I decided to see what HII would load and it fails everytime in the provisioning template. This is a clean install of 9.5 plus SP2.
When I click on Build Library for the first time in HII Driver Management there are paths to the drivers (the db3 files are there) and under the last url path it says Repository file count No files found at specified location.
Is this normal or is my database messed up?
Dave, thanks for your answer. Like I told Frank I totally get confused about winpe drivers and Hii drivers. I realized it after I saw both of your answers.
