Hello - in trying to test servicedesk after upgrade, I logged into web-access and tried to view 'available items' from the published configuration items, but nothing is showing - is there something from version 7.4 to 7.7 where we need to move a folder structure, as the stored locations changed? I did try to republish a couple of items, and rebuild the Service Catalogue but to no avail. Help
Resolved - this article got me started http://community.landesk.com/support/message/67890#67890 - apparently in my production a share was created where the files were held on the app server - so I changed the tps config on my web-server to point to my newly created share on the app server pointing to the framework. Its good now - thanks!
