I believe you can delete the files from the Quarantine folder on the clients. This should be in C:\ProgramData\LANDeskAV\Quarantine.
I could be wrong on the path.
But you could write a script to go and delete the files.
With LDAV 10 I ran into this issue too.
In our environment this is the path:
I scripting a removal of the .klq files but the files never were removed from the Quarantine within the AV console.
I don't think there is an easy way outside of scripting and even then I havent had great success.

Be sure to go and vote for this Idea:
Scanning for known malicious items in the Trusted Lists.
I would also check the Kaspersky forums with this as well.
There may be some commands and/or ideas there that can be answered.
