We have the Professional Suport program. We are moving to a new domain and need to move LANDesk over. We are confident in building/moving the exisiting servers over along with the database moves, but need to know if we need to engage LANDesk for further assistance or if our Professional Support program will be sufficient or if we need to queue up additional support.
It's been a while since you posted so you may have already moved domains, however Support can provide advice and troubleshooting tips for this, should it be required. The level of support that you have does not limit the kind of questions you can ask, although if you require a more hands-on approach you would need to arrange a Consultancy visit.
