Did you get this resolved? Sounds like there is something that is causing Provisioning to not know how to run the next action. Take a look at this file ..\LANDesk\ManagementSuite\ldlogon\provisioning\windows\ldprovision_config.windows.xml. Make sure all the actions are there. If you have a working Core, you can compare them, or look in the install media.
I reinstalled SP2 and that seems to have reolsve d the issue.
Just to chime in here, what if you check the ldprovisioning_config.windows.xml file and see that all the actions are NOT there. I have had errors with action handlers while provisioning and while trying to import provisioning templates. It also looks as though the same handlers that throw an error when trying to import a template are ones missing from the above xml file. Any insight on a fix or where this would be in the install media???
Specifically with "delete file" and "Configure the OS", errors, not in the XML. I did see that they are apart of a provisioningpluginDirectory referenced as dll's. They show up when editing a template but when trying to actually reference or execute, no go. Same error as above on this original post.
FYI I did try to reinstall SP2, no joy.
