Normally this happens when the drivers are either missing, or another driver matches better on paper (and when Windows installs it) but doesn't really work. I suspect you are getting a BSOD that starts your boot loop.You can look at what drivers are being downloaded by HII and then perhaps disable, remove or assign the right drivers.
I understand but in the same enviroment when using copydrivers.exe this does not happen. Also this never happens in our MDT lab tests as well. HII should work just like these other tools without "workarounds".
