Table Name (Connection Type) does not appear

    Rookie

      Hi All.

Im using LD Service Desk 7.6.2 with SQL Server for Database

On Modul Data Connection -> Generic Data Source, I created Connection :

      Provider : SQLServer

      Provider : <our DB Server>

      Datasource : ####

      User ID    : <user DB>

      Password: *******

and its Connected (used Test Connection)

      ------------

then I created the Connection Type, I browse table name column but object/Class not appear or blank.

Anybody can help and please suggest me..

      very thanks,

That's a wierd one.  You normally get that effect when the DB is not on the other end of the configuration (old data connection for example) but as you say the test connection works so cant be that.

Have you tried using a different set of credentials to see if this affects the symptoms you are seeing?

If you log on with those credentials into SQL Management Studio can you browse the tables then?
