    emailing a support Group

      Hi All


      We are currently utilising a service catlogue with various authorisation levels. currently we have a line manager approval which works fine in that it emails the manager to request them to authorise the service item, but if we require further business approval I cannot get the system to email the approval group which could have several authorisers. The process is set up to assigne the call to a approval support group which has several end users as members and the reminde in the process is set up as below


      Group value type of Request/Raiseuser/_customer/_approvalGroup.  Are we doing something wrong, I wasnt sure if it had something to do with the is Active boolean but htis is greyed out and cannot be changed
