Destination: Avalanche SE 18.104.22.1682 on Windows Server 2008 R2
I have a batch of 20 MC55 devices that are inconsistently connecting to our fresh Avalanche SE installation. I typically get ERROR: Agent not responding from the Enabler status window. The devices will show up in the "Mobile Device Inventory", but many of them have a "Generic" model name, and are not receiving software packages or enabler configurations. I have already followed this article: http://community.landesk.com/support/docs/DOC-28061 without any success.
