Seen this a couple of times, and I think this has been corrected in a CP. There can be several reasons for this. I would first try and move the bundle under the My Tasks and see if you can delete it.
I had the same issue once and restarting the scheduler service fixed it once and running the Coredbutil.exe cleared this up too.
The bundle name in question doesn't show up in All or Public view at all. In fact, under All Packages view, it does not show any bundles whatsoever; even the ones I have created and viewable by myself in my own My Package view. What I see in my All Package view are all the individual distribution packages, no bundles to be found here.
