Using the query on Lifecycle, I am editing the contents of the Task email notification (the one that goes out to analyst when a task is assigned to them), but I do not see an Attribute in the object "Task Incident" where I could extract the description of the task being assigned.
Please, would anyone kindly show me how, and where to, extract that information? Thank you so much.
Please, I have below the Attributes of the object "Task Incident".
The Attributes, starting from "Class Type" all the way down to "update Group" are from the object "Incident" of which the "Description" found there is the one holding original incident Summary when the ticket was first created.
