You can completly access and manipulate Service Desk through the open URL stategy.
For example if you want to open an existing incident you would need the following URL:
What you need to gather is the guid for the searched ID of the ticket.
User's using this form can't remember GUID's i need link with ID (shorter than GUID), because it's much easier to remember.

Now I've made new query which displays list of all cases and prompts user for an ID of incident/request.
I found an option in creating query sounds like "Open if only one result" and it is working only in console
Is there any way to get same functionality in WebAccess?
I'm afraid this option is console exclusive and dosn't work in webaccess.
