    Update a CI field from request process


      I would like to configure Request ticket should be able to update a particular field of CI that already attached on the Request..


      When CI has been assigned (Request process flow), immediately the status of the CI is also updated.


      (e.g.: CI status will automatically change from "available" to "currently in use")


      Can I achieve that requirement?
