    Unable to add attachments to tickets.


      A customer emailed me with the issue highlighted below, they are unable to add attachments to incidents. I tested this myself and got the same result. I checked the application and db servers and both have plenty of disk sapce. Where can i begin to troubleshoot this issue? Where are attachments stored?
