My predecessor renamed the Add Reminder action to Email Sent, presumably to make its function clearer in Automatic Actions on Process Maps.
However, I've been asked to provide some analysts the functionality of the original Add Reminder.
Adding the Email Sent as a manual action doesn't really cut it as a menu option.
Is there a way I can clone the Email Sent functionality under a different action title so I can present a sensible manual action title? Or create some sort of action alias under a different title?
