    Service Catalogue Rebuild Pending

      Hi, I'm having an issue with items not showing on the end user portal although they still show for analysts. We have tried publishing to the Role that should be able to see & make requests but the reuild of the Service Catalogue is showing as Pending.

      The Rebuild prior to publishing to Role worked ok & it lists that 71 items were successful which appears to be correct but it's still not visable to the end users we require and not sure what we can do regarding the pending rebuild status.

       

      We have gone through priviledges etc and other help topics but it all seems to be set up correctly. Any suggestions welcome
