Hi, zarney. To clarify...
You want to show all the incidents that were resolved by the Service Desk group and were never assigned to any other group at any time, correct?
It would be good to post a screen capture of your query setup.
Hi Brian...yes thats what I want...
All assignments Service Desk and resolved by service desk.
I have attached a screen shot of the query....I am out of talent at the moment as to why its adding some that have assignments not service desk and others its missing out...aaaahhhhhh

On first look, I would say you need to change your criteria to NOT use the "Assignments.CreateGroup.Title" attribute. This is probably why you are getting some listed that should not belong and vice versa, since it's associated with the creator of the assignment and not the assigned group itself.
Instead have it look at "Assignments.Group.Title", and possibly "Assignments.User.Group.Title" (in case Incidents might get assigned to an individual and not a group). Your naming may vary but you get the idea, use the assignment's Group and User/Group instead of using the CreateGroup.
Thanks Brian. I see the logic now....
I have made the changes you suggested and the ones that should not be there are now out and the missing ones seem to be counted now.
Much appreciated I have been trying to make this work properly for a while...
Awesome... glad it was that simple.
