It's a matter of device update. The entries you are missing have been introduced with a specific update to the appliance in version 4.2.
Furthermore, I assume you are not running our latest release for the Cloud Services Appliance, which is 4.3.
I would first check for updates on your current appliance:
How are the updates checked and downloaded on the Cloud Services Appliance?
Then I would recommend planning an upgrade to the latest version:
How to upgrade the Cloud Services Appliance from 4.2 to 4.3
End of Life for LANDESK Cloud Services Appliance 4.2
