    Kaspersky error with Office 2013 installed - The operating system is not presently configured to run this application

      Hi

      We are piloting Office365 (Outlook 2013 and Lync 2013), I'm finding that we get an error message pop up on screen when the weekly scheduled AV scan starts:

      Have tried various setting changes (mostly having all the 'Mail' scan components disabled) - anyone have any idea how to stop this appearing please?

       

      Clients are Windows 7 64-bit, LANDesk 9.5 SP1
