I have the same issue with Office365, you must :
- Settings > Scheduled Tasks > Full scan
- Settings -> uncheck "parse email formats"
- Scan scope -> uncheck "My email"
Then export the CFG to your av configuration to the core (How To: Import/Export Kaspersky Agent Settings)
I can make it work from kaspersky interface but when I apply settings from LANDESK "my email" still checked, I have a case open about this.

"parse email formats" was already unchecked, I unchecked "My email" then saved/imported into a test config on the core.
Had the same problem on dozens of systems. Put a ticket in with support and they gave me roll up LD95-CP_BASE-2014-0625. Once applied, I had to reinstall the Agents on those systems and the issue went away. That patch is only available upon request. My case # was 00768768
