    what is the maximum number of inbound mailboxes can be created for incident?


      We have several Help Desks across the globe and need to funnel them all into Landesk.   I was able to create 2 mailboxes in the Email-Setup but when I try to add a third, the only option in Mapping is Request.  See attachment.
