    Serial number appearing on web interface

      I am currently implementing Problem into our LANDesk Service Desk environment. The problem that I have is on the web interface for a Problem call, if you had a note for example, all you see is "Serial Number" and no details. However, on the console you see the actual fields such as "Title" and "Creation date".

      How can I get the console and web interface to show the same interface? I don't want "Serial number" as it's relevant
