You will want to look at the sdclient_taskXXX.log file. XXX = the task ID. Looks like in this case, at least one of your tasks was task ID 198, so you could look at the sdclient_task198.log file. It might contain more details. You can also open a case and someone could go over it with you.
The message you are seeing in the console is expected in LDMS 9.6, but it should change to the result of the installation at some point. Looks like that isn't happening in your case, so looking at the log on the client machine would be the first step.
