I would like to see if I can create an embedded html link in an email or web page to a specific request in service catalog. If end users call and request something we want to be able to send them a link to a request that has been added to the cart and checking out so all they will need to do is fill out the form and submit. Is this possible? It seems that when we test it the link does not work on the first try. It may have something to do with the way Integrated Logon/SSO works. It works if you click on it a second time.
