    Inbound Email archive, use the same Mailbox or move to another Mailbox?



      We have a problem with LANDesk Service Desk processing of  our Mailboxes for Incidents and Requests slowing down.


      How to optimize the time to create or update a ticket through inbound mail

      The document above recommends archiving the emails regularly.


      Do we need to archive to another Mailbox, or will it be enough to create another folder in the SAME Mailbox (that is not called Inbox) and move the older mail items to here?

      That is, does LANDesk Service Desk process only those emails in the Inbox of a Mailbox or does it process all emails within all folders for that Mailbox?
