To put into context there are a number of similar business processes e.g.
- Ebusiness Username Reset
- Swift Username Reset
- ONE Username Reset
Where the activity is the same i.e. Username reset but needs to be applied to different backend system.
Each service is declared with a separate CI linking to an identical lifecycle process i.e. Username Reset with a window to enter these details
- Email Address
- Organisation Name
The complicated part, if it is possible, is how to identify which service was requested in the self service portal so each request can be automatically flagged with the appropriate system identifier in a read only attribute on the form.
