    Replies from Request notifications are not adding a note to the request?  Can this be done?


      I understand the the inbound mailbox is pointing to the incident process and thought if I added a new mailbox that points to the request process that it might work.  But, I would also need a new outbound so the person would be replying to the right inbound.  Ideas?
