Create your query on the Incident Incident object in Incident Management. This should give you want you want - unless I'm missing something in your requirements, you should have no problem at all in displaying the list of all the children, grouped by parent incident.
Of course. That worked a treat, thank you. The functionality that is not in the product which i referred to in the previous post was identifying a parent or child on a workload list (identifying a parent or child call on a query based on the process object). I think we still need to have process actions which set a flag on the process object for this type of functionality.
However, I have my parent and child query working a treat. Thanks again!
Sorry to resurrect an "No points" call but i'm trying to do this in request. It seems like you can't expand children or parents in request the same way that you can in Incident
Is there an equivalent feature in request?
