      Just wanted to write a quick line to say thank you all for your help and guidance over the past few years.  I'm leaving my beloved ServiceDesk behind and moving to pastures new.  I like to think I made a positive impact on it albeit with your help!

       

      Special thanks to Karen, Lara, Stu, John, Nathan and Andy from support for putting up with all the panicked help calls and community posts when I broke something (take a backup of the live server - nah do it on the fly what could possibly go wrong )
