We have just upgraded our existing instance to 7.7.2 and what we are hoping to do is to take a copy of this and cleanse the data in some way to enable us to have a replica instance on a separate network (we have a separate server licence). We would need to clear down the CMDB, processes, reset process reference numbers. All scripts would need to look at Incident/Problem/Change/Request/Process and knowledge.
Following this we would need all users, locations and CI’s imported and company and group structures amended and data connections reconfigured (ie mail).
What is the best way forward and are these type of scripts availalbe.
