    Issue with Date Range in Query Wadget on Dashboard


      Hi all,

      I am using LANDESK ServiceDesk 7.7.2.

      I built a Web Desk Query gadget for our Analysts that allows them to specify a date range for the results they want. I'm using [Creation Date] [Is Between Dates] (also tried "Is Between") Filter.

      The gadget gets created with the filter, but when I actually attempt to use the filter, it doesn't work.

      I enter the date range and hit Enter but then it just flashes, resets the date fields to blank,  it says "Dashboard Updated",but the results are not filtered by the date I set.

      Is there any other alternative for this?

      Has anyone else experienced this and fixed it?

      Hoping for a workaround if not a permanent fix
