    How do I lock down service catalog item in web access?


      When an analyst clicks anywhere on a catalog item (highlighted in yellow in attachment) and NOT on Request Serivce, it bring up the Service Catalog item which they have the ability to edit.  I am finding some analyst think they are creating  a ticket by filling in the fields but are actually editing the entire catalog item.   I need to prevent this from happening so how do I make these read only or how/where do I limit permissions of the analysts?
