Make sure you are logged in as a user with privilege right to modify the existing dashboard. Then right click on the "Customer" heading and choose to "Group Ascending".
This sorts by the customer, but not by the assigned analyst. I don't see the assigned analyst as a field to group by either : /
Got it. I added the CurrentAssignment.User.Title attribute to the webdesk view, grouped by ascending, removed the attribute so it didnt duplicate information already on the screen, that fixed it. Thanks for pointing me in the right direction.
