Moving to the SWD section.
Are you seeing that error on the clients, on the scheduled task, in logs etc..?
Also what version of LDMS are you using?
The error your are describing doesn't sound like something I have seen come from LANDESK in the past, so I'm wondering if it is coming from SEP12? Maybe it is returning an odd exit code that somewhere is attached to that message?
It is recommended that a machine not be cloned or imaged with the LANDESK Agent installed. However, we don't really store the name of the computer and even if that is what happened, I don't think it would cause this message. I would recommend you get the client-side logs.
