    Create Incident or Requst for Knowledge

      Has anyone been able to spawn a new incident or request from knowledge management?  I would like to be able to spawn a new request should someone enter a "Suggestion" to a Knowledge Article and have it assign to a group to triage and own.


      Thoughts?
