    Can we logon to self service anonymous and type in the contact information every time?




      Got a special requirement from customer. They do not want to create any end user account in LDSD. Instead, they would like to logon anonymous everytime and let the user type in the contact info.when they need to create a ticket in self-service. What they want to do is search the KB without login and create ticket only if the KB search does not provide the answer. Is that possible?


      I understand this is not the normal practice nor does it make much sense, but customer insist in doing so. Thanks!
