just wondered if there was a simple way to enter a list of incident numbers to return only those incidents. These will not be in a sequence or the same each time. We receive lists from our 3rd parties of tickets they have resolved, we double check these have been updated on our system. If we could input a simple comma separated list which returned the appropriate incidents this would quickly show those that have been succesfullt closed and those that still needed to be worked.
Ideally if we could then use the bulk update in webaccess then that would be great...
