We have a request to create a new template which makes use of the Tasks Function.
For example - A new starter may require 3/4 different resolving teams to complete work at the same time. As it works currently Service Desk will create AD account then pass to 2nd line where a PC is built, then ticket goes to 3rd line for additional access if required. This is meaning 3rd lines SLA is blown before they tend to get the ticket in their queue.
What we want is to create a template for all starters which has the relevant Tasks already created ready for assignment to the relevant teams. There only seems to be an option to create a "Pre-Save" option within Templates.
