Is there a way to trim to Inbound emails just to the last email. This is a problem because every time an Analyst tries to update the Incident, it is copying the whole email in the Notes filed.
Any help is appreciated!.
The Inbound Mail Service will read the full email from the mail box and is not able to cut this off so the full email body content will be added in to the text of the note.
