    Emails sent to ServiceDesk mailbox not dropping into Service Desk itself

      When users send emails to Service Desk, they arrive successfully in the Exchange mailbox but Service Desk is not picking up the emails and popping them into Service Desk.


      We went into Administration - Email Settings and ran Test - to ensure connectivity between Service Desk and our Exchange server and that ran fine.


      Is there anything else to check that may assist in the 'sync' becoming active again ???
