Is there a way I can create one query to show incidents raised by day versus incidents closed by day so it can be used as a dashboard in Web Desk?
I could do this via SSRS reporting however would like to understand if I create it within Landesk console first.
We use the LD Management Information Engine component to collect this information on a daily basis.
We have one metric for Incidents Raised and another for Incidents Resolved.
The two metrics can be displayed on the same gadget on a dashboard to give you a comparitor.
