This seemed like kind of a specific issue, so I didn't find it out in the other threads out there. We recently migrated our database from a SQL 2008 server to SQL 2012. After the migration, our sql user that we created of 'LDAdmin' can't connect to the database anymore. The only account that works is the 'sa' account, but of course we don't want to give any more permission than we have to for landesk to connect.
Assuming that something is wrong with our LDAdmin account, would someone be able to tell me or point me to the correct way to configure a user to access the landesk sql database?
