Does anyone have a document/instructions on how to set up the Mac and PC agents to be able to use the CSA as soon as the agent is installed? This is for LANDesk 9.6, by the way. I keep finding documents for older versions that seem to be missing a step or two for version 9.6 and that seems to make all of the difference between my agents working or not working. I am pretty much looking to have the agents get installed no matter where they users are and have the machines be able to get the certificate that they need to communicate to the cloud appliance right away. Hope that someone can help me out with this.
