In version 7.5 we use to have a few views that we used to get things such as the true time of a call from the moment it was logged to when it was resolved minus and suspended times etc.
These views I believe were OOB, they were;
In 7.7.1 these views are'nt avaiable, have they be removed or replaced with something else?
